Remaining Passenger Depots

• Amtrak (Duluth): Rear of Duluth Union Depot. Built to match the exterior look of the railroad museum. Now used by NSSR tourist trains.

• Duluth Union: 5th Avenue West & Michigan Street. Served NP, DM&IR, and GN. Home of the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.

• East End (Superior): 24th Ave. & 4th Street. Former NP. Now used by the East End Senior Citizens Club and Jaycees. Visible just west of the Highway 2/53 overpass that bridges the BNSF in East End.

• Endion (Duluth): Lake Avenue & I-35. Former DM&IR (D&IR). Moved from East Duluth (Endion Yard) to make way for I-35. Retail shop.

• LS&M (Duluth): Highway 23 in Fond du Lac (far western Duluth). Now a private home, was a restaurant in the 1980s.

• Soo (Superior): Winter St. & Odgen Ave. Privately owned. The depot's original red neon Soo $ sign was restored in early 2005 and now shines over the structure. Great for night photography.

• Superior Union: Winter Street & Oaks. Served NP and GN. Housed the headquarters of the Lake Superior Terminal & Transfer Railway until its demise in the mid-1980s. Now an antique shop and offices.
